Check In at the Course
When you arrive at a participating golf course, scan the QR code at the pro shop or front desk. This takes you directly to our submission form. The course staff knows about the program and can point you in the right direction.
Play, Film & Submit
Play your round — whether it's a quick 9 or a full 18 — and capture it however you like: GoPro, phone, drone, or professional camera. Even a selfie on the course counts! After your round, submit through our simple intake form.
We Clip & Create
Our team reviews your footage and uses professional clipping software to create reels, shorts, and viral-ready content. We optimize each clip for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook — tailored for maximum engagement.
Published & Credited
Your clips are posted to the golf course's social media channels AND the Hawaii Golf Time network. Your @handle, hashtag, and YouTube channel are credited and tagged in every single post. True collaboration — your audience grows too.
